Webová služba PublicService slouží k získávání on-line informací ze systému TARIC. Obsahuje metody 'Codes', 'Import' a 'Export'. Metoda 'Codes' vrací seznam možných preferencí, kvót, přídavných kódů a certifikátů a informaci o meursingu. Metody 'Import' a 'Export' slouží pro získání podrobných informací o dováženém, resp. vyváženém zboží. Výstup všech metod je XML řetězec v UTF-8 kódování, který je podrobně popsán v dokumentaci k webové službě XSD schématem.

Web service PublicService serves for on-line information retrieval of TARIC system. Includes methods 'Codes', 'Import' and 'Export'. Method 'Codes' returns list of applicable preferences, quotas, additional codes and certificates and info about meursing. Methods 'Import' and 'Export' return detailed information about imported or exported goods. Output of all methods is XML string in UTF-8 encoding, which is specified in documentation to web service by the XSD schema.

• Codes
  Metoda vrací pro daný vstup seznam možných preferencí, kvót, přídavných kódů a certifikátů a informaci o meursingu.
  Vstupní parametry: date - datum; nomenclature - zbožový kód; country - kód země původu/určení; direction - směr (A=I+E, I=dovoz, E=vývoz); codeType - typ požadovaných kódů (A=vše, P=preference, Q=kvóty, K=přídavné kódy, C=certifikáty); lang - jazyk (cs= čeština, en= angličtina).
  Výstupní XML je popsáno schématem T3Codes.xsd.
  
  Returns list of possible preferences, quotas, additional codes and certificates and info about meursing according to given inputs.
  Input parameters: date - date; nomenclature - goods code; country - country code of origin/destination; direction - direction (A=I+E, I=import, E=export); codeType - type of requested codes (A=all, P=preferences, Q=quotas, K=additional codes, C=certificates); lang - language (cs= czech, en= english).
  Output XML is specified by the XSD schema T3Codes.xsd.
• Export
  Metoda provede kontrolu vývozního celního prohlášení dle TARIC.
  Vstupní parametry: sadData - XML s prohlášením popsané schématem ExportT3.xsd; lang - jazyk (cs= čeština, en= angličtina).
  Výstupní XML je popsáno schématem T3Export.xsd.
  
  Method controls export SAD according TARIC.
  Input parameters: sadData - XML specified by the XSD schema ExportT3.xsd; lang - language (cs= czech, en= english).
  Output XML is specified by the XSD schema T3Export.xsd.
• Import
  Metoda provede kontrolu dovozního celního prohlášení dle TARIC a výpočet celního dluhu.
  Vstupní parametry: sadData - XML s prohlášením popsané schématem ImportT3.xsd; lang - jazyk (cs= čeština, en= angličtina).
  Výstupní XML je popsáno schématem T3Import.xsd.
  
  Method controls import SAD according TARIC and calculates customs debt.
  Input parameters: sadData - XML string specified by the XSD schema ImportT3.xsd; lang - language (cs= czech, en= english).
  Output XML is specified by the XSD schema T3Import.xsd.

  Metoda vrací číslo verze webové služby.
  
  Method returns version number of web service.
